What’s a girl to do when she’s got a hankering for chocolate, there’s none in the house, and the wee one is sleeping? Better get to baking.

While these brownies are a far cry from a decadent treat, they aren’t so healthy tasting that you’d be better off with a Power Bar. The original recipe is over at Healthy Ashley. I did tweak it a bit- skipped the protein powder, chocolate chips, and walnuts because I didn’t have any and used olive oil rather than coconut oil. These changes probably made mine less sweet than her original version, so I would try adding them in next time.
